A Personal Note from Tracy

I grew up with nurses and health practitioners all around me as a child. I have always loved learning about the human body and how everything worked together to keep us healthy and functioning. It is still a fantastic miracle to me.

In November of 1999, I graduated from the Downeast School of Massage. It gave me the tools & confidence I needed to work with a diversity of people. I discovered my talent in Energy work while I was there.

Today I am a Licensed Massage Therapist , a Reiki Master Practitioner, Karuna Reiki Practitioner, an Ordained Reverend and a Certified ACE Personal Trainer.

I believe in order to obtain optimal health and well-being, it first starts from within. I am blessed to have the opportunity to help people with that step of taking responsibility for their own health and awareness.

A Personal Note from Kristy

I grew up in a beautiful and serene area of East Machias, Maine. I was raised to respect and appreciate the small, intricate things in life. Of these, is the miracle of human touch and what profound effects it can have to the life of another.

The human body is a wonder to me in all that it can accomplish when given the chance. I’ve been studying human movement for over six years and actively engaged in promoting awareness within the body as a personal trainer for over two years. I strive to help others unlock the joy of being within their own bodies and promote their own abilities.

I have a passion of loving and holding dear to all that is around me. I am honored to have the opportunity to help others unlock and/or maintain their health and well-being through massage therapy.

Mission Statement:

We are facilitators for our clients helping them find and rebuild themselves, bringing them back into optimal health and well-being; body, mind and soul. We will work within our scope of practice and yet, always intergrate new information and knowledge as best suits each individual need; according to the highest good of all.
