Welcome to the CCSC Swim Team!

Canoe City Swim Club Winter Season - October 1 to March 20113

In order to participate in swim team, children must be able to swim 1 lap of freestyle and 1 lap of backstroke. Practice Group will be determined by the Coaches. The Team holds all practices at the Old Town Community Pool located adjacent to Old Town High School.

All age group practices are held at the Old Town Community Pool. Swimmers will practice according to their age on December 1^st. All Canoe City Swim Club team members must be members of the Old Town - Orono YMCA in order to participate with team. All fees must be paid in full by December 1^st with $50 due at registration.

Team practices start October 1, 2012 and will run through the beginning of March 2013.

Pre Team - Ages 7 & Under (Coaches Discreation)

October 1-November 29

Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday 4-4:30pm at the Old Town YMCA Pool

Fee:$175

A Practice

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 4:30 to 5:30pm

Fee: $250

B Practice

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 5 :30 to 7pm

Tuesday 6-7:30pm

Fee: $300

High School Pre Season

October 1-November 8

Fee:$100

Optional US Swimming Registration

$58 per swimmer - All Ages

Renewals due by November 1^st

New Registrations due by October 14^th

Communcation:

We use many channels of communication to facilitate information to all the swimmers and their families. Canoe City Swim Club will communicate to parents through the team bulletin board (located in the lobby), the team website, and e-mail. Communication is a key element in running a successful competitive swimming program and we need your help! Please make sure you are checking all areas often!
